“I began working with VetIQ Staffing because only 2 years out of school, I was burnt out at my current job as a GP. From the first phone call with you all, I felt welcome and valued and those feelings have only continued to grow. Scheduling is a breeze and my ideas and opinions are always welcome and taken into consideration. In a time of veterinary burnout, I love being able to help other veterinarians find some relief.
Also, VetIQ Staffing is supportive of my personal life as well- specifically sponsoring me in my hobbies and participation with my local kennel club when I wanted to organize a dog first aid clinic for the community. The VetIQ Staffing staff always genuinely seeks to take interest in what I’m involved in and our phone calls to catch up and check in are always so enjoyable.
I like the flexibility of scheduling and have felt like I have some of my life back and am enjoying life as a vet again. Thank you VetIQ Staffing!!”
“Why VetIQ Staffing:
I can’t imagine doing anything else besides being a veterinarian. But I learned long ago that if I started feeling burnt out, it was better for me mentally, physically, and spiritually to figure out something else. So when my previous job at a small animal clinic started burning me out, I started looking at other options.
I had floated the idea of doing relief work for a few years but never liked the idea of having to manage my own finances and scheduling. It was at this time of searching for something else that VetIQ Staffing contacted me. The idea of doing relief work but having someone else manage the “non-veterinary” part of it was very attractive. I spoke with some people who had worked for VetIQ Staffing and they all spoke highly of the way the doctors were treated and the improved quality of life, so I jumped in!
You guys! I am so much happier now! I am able to take time off when I want it instead of competing with other coworkers for vacation days. I can move my schedule around to take multiple days off in a row and not have to use PTO to do it. The people that do my scheduling really truly want to help me. And I get positive feedback about the way I practice and the way I fit into other clinics instead of only getting feedback about whether or not I’m charging my clients enough and making enough money for some CEO that I’ve never met.
There’s so much more VetIQ Staffing offers than what I’ve put here, so if you’re thinking about it, I encourage you to really investigate how they can make your life less stressful. I love being a vet again!”
